Cold-pressed juice typically has a shelf life of 3-5 days .  Proper storage and following guidelines are important to maintain freshness. Some juices with specific preservation techniques can last up to 7-10 days .

6-8 months

Cold-pressed juice can be stored in the freezer for 6-8 months .  While it can be stored for up to 72 hours, it is recommended to consume it within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness and nutrient retention .  If kept refrigerated at 38 degrees or below, it will last for up to 4 days .
